International Day against drug abuse was observed in St. Thomas CFCBR project. Two activities took place on this day of awareness creation:
Awareness session was held in the office of CFCBR in which parents and children were present. Presentation was made by the health supervisor, child care worker and the Director of the Project. Question answer session took place in which all participated.
The second activities was distribution of hand outs among shop keepers, on roads various people, on bikes, cars etc. To help them understand why this day observed and the negative effects of drugs on human body.
