'We can. I can.' Monday, February 4th was World Cancer Day, when organizations and individuals around the world unite to raise awareness about cancer and work to make it a global health priority.
St. Thomas CFCBR project arranged awareness sessions in 6 slums areas of Islamabad in which men women and children were present they were briefed about what they can do to prevent cancer.
1.    Eating a well balance of diet, plenty of fruit and vegetables
2.    Maintaining a healthy weight
3.    Doing regular exercises
4.    No smoking
5.    Early dedication
