Teacher's Capacity Building
A Three-day teacher's capacity building training program was arranged. Resource, persons were invited to help teachers to learn how to welcome children after a long break due to COVID-19. Activities were discussed and practiced for the children, they were taught the methods of creating interest among children and preparation of teaching planners so that they can work systematically according to the interest of children. Actually, it will be a totally new start to their education. Their mental and physical adjustments in the class with friends teachers and their own family, as they are no more used, to attend class formally.
