Child Labor and Child Rights

Child Labor and Child Rights

A large chunk of children engaged in child labor is in the nonformal sector, such as children working as domestic helpers, beggers, working on workshops, carpet weaving, shop, various markets, washing cars, etc.

A discussion was held with the panel of differently able children regd. with the project regarding the above mention subject. Children actively participated and shared their points of view about the rights, the children who are working in different fields where most of them are invisible. They discussed their right to proper living, education, food, health, sports, indoor, outdoor games/activities, and marriages at the right age.

Panel children and the audience children were highly proud to be part of the discussion. All issues which they shared were written and recorded.
